Comments:
After a wreck on my bike that ended up destroying one of the front left a-arms, I originally thought I'd just buy a stocker and get up and going again asap. One of the major problems with the raptor 660 is that it has a really high center of gravity, so I started looking around for something to widen the stance, and came across these. They installed without any hick-ups, and the tires were easy enough to aline using a couple 2x4s clamped to the front tires, a tape measure, and a friend. There was even a note describing how to do the process properly. I rode them around for a good 20ish hours without any faults. That was until right after an hour and a half ride where right before I got home, one of the tie rods for the steering stripped and fell off. Scary shit right there let me tell you. I do not believe that I cross threaded it when installing because I was able to adjust it without too much force. I emailed AlbaRacing later that week, and by the next day they sent out a new set, free of charge that arrived in a couple days. All in all I would highly recommend buying a set of these as they improve the handling and the center of gravity dramatically.
As a side note- You will need to stiffen your front shocks, the factory setting will bottom out easily otherwise.
