ARMAT by Alba Racing 5 Layer Silicone Charge Tube for RZR Turbo

Upgrade your RZR Turbo with our 5-Layer High-Pressure Silicone Charge Tube, engineered for maximum strength, airflow, and reliability. With a 30% larger internal diameter than stock, this tube improves front-side power and throttle response, especially when paired with our ARMAT J-Tube. Dyno testing has shown gains of +2.5–3 HP on the front side of the curve when used together.

This charge tube includes provisions for a vent-to-atmosphere blow-off valve (BOV), factory MAP sensor, and a boost-gauge pressure port, maintaining full compatibility with OEM and aftermarket setups. Constructed from reinforced 5-ply silicone and pressure-tested to 50 PSI, it’s built to handle extreme boost without collapsing or bursting.

Silicone’s low thermal conductivity helps eliminate heat soak, while its superior sealing properties provide a tighter, more reliable connection at the throttle body, BOV, and turbo outlet compared to factory rubber.
