Boost Tube
Our Boost Tube for the RZR Turbo is 30% larger diameter than stock. This helps with front side power, we have seen a 2.5-3 hp increase on the front side of the dyno curve when paired with our J-tube. It has provisions for a vent to atmosphere BOV (blow off valve), factory map sensor, and pressure port for a boost gauge. Made from 4 layer “High Pressure” Silicone, it will not collapse or burst. We have pressure tested these in the shop up to 50 PSI. Not only will our charge tubes handle extreme pressure because they are made out of silicone, they have an extremely low thermal conductivity. AKA they do not transfer heat! Also silicone allows for a better seal at the Throttle Body, BOV and Turbo compared to stock rubber.

J-Tube
Our J-tube is 30% larger volume than stock. Like our boost tube this helps with front side power. We have seen a 2.5-3 hp increase on the front side of the dyno curve when paired with Boost Tube. It has provisions for the MAP sensor, crankcase breather port, and blow off valve port to work with factory components. Made from 4 layer “High Pressure” Silicone, it will not collapse or burst. We have pressure tested these in the shop up to 50 PSI. Not only will our J-tubes handle extreme pressure, because they are made out of silicone, they also have an extremely low thermal conductivity. AKA they do not transfer heat!

BOV
Our new BOV (Blow Off Valve) is precision CNC machined from 6061 Billet Aluminum. All of the sliding components are polished then hard anodized for low resistance and a perfect seal. It is fully adjustable for different boost levels by simply turning the top knob. Also, it is fully serviceable. All of the components are removable for cleaning. The O-ring seal holds a perfect seal even at high boost levels. This BOV is designed to last!
The stock “Diverter Valve” is made from weak plastic. They are known to warp and crack from the heat. This causes a major boost leak as well as potentially sucking dirt in your engine!
You can install this BOV two ways. Recirculating the boost back into the intake like the stock system or you can vent it to atmosphere if you are looking for more sound. We recommended recirculating the boost into the intake. This is the safer set-up, but you do loose some of the classic “BOV” sound. If you are going to vent it to atmosphere, we supply a cloth filter and billet plug for the stock tube. It only takes a few minutes to change between the two set-ups! Overall install is very easy. Cut the factory clamps and remove the factory valve. Then slide in your new BOV with clamps and re-tighten!
