Description

Our SBD stage 3 kit will add an additional 11 hp to the rear tires for a big increase in performance. This system allows you to retain your stock muffler to keep your noise levels down. If you want to make noise this system allows you to fit any companies slip on exhaust/muffler to be installed. With a slip on muffler you will gain about 2 more hp but also a huge amount of noise. The Wildcat/Textron XX is extremely loud with an open exhaust. Louder than any UTV to date. This is due to the high rpm and high compression engine with a CVT clutch. With the CVT clutch your rpm's are always high making the noise that much worse. This is why the SBD is such a great setup. You can still talk to your passenger and wont go deaf. If you want the noise add a slip on exhaust. It is also easy to switch between the stock muffler and a slip on for days you want to be loud to days you want to be quiet. Clutch kit- With our exhaust kit you will also need to add our clutch kit to dial in your operating rpm. When you increase the horsepower in a CVT vehicle the operating rpm increases. This exhaust add so much horsepower that with out the clutch kit you will be riding on the rev limiter and actually losing horsepower. These Rpm's must be lowered back down. Our clutch kit also offers more belt pince for longer belt life and a much more responsive and quicker hitting powerband. Our clutch kit is also fully adjustable with no additional parts needed. This allows you to dial in changes like bigger tires or additional weight or more horsepower if changes are made down the road. ECU flash- Our ECU flash is required for this kit to add the additional fuel to feed the additional horsepower. We have a specific dyno tuned map that works perfect with this system. Optional: Particle seperator. The particle seperator is a great mod that will keep your filter clean and help your motor last. There are no performance gains from this. These work great.
