Yamaha Rhino 660 stock bore size is 100mm stock compression 9.2:1.

To use an oversize you need to bore your oem cylinder or use an aftermarket big bore cylinder. The biggest you can bore your stock cylinder is 102.5mm. We offer cylinder bore and hone for $55 when you purchase a piston from us. Just mail us you cylinder and we will take care of the rest including return shipping to the continental USA. We also offer used good cylinder cores if yours is damaged beyond repair. Our cylinder cores are bored honed and decked ready to install. Don't use a Chinese cylinder OEM is much much better quality and will fit the first time. We reccomend pump gas on any piston over 11.0:1. We reccomend the 1016a as it is very reliable and makes great power. We sell 10 times more 1016a than any other piston.
