These are made from 6061 T6 Aircraft quality aluminum. It has a lower gusset that is 3/16" thick and ties the lower mounts together making them much stronger and offering the most lower protection we have ever offered in any of our bumpers. After they are Tig welded they are Quality Control tested and and prepped for coating. Then they are Powder Coated for a long lasting coating that will look great for years to come. Our Coating is the best as well as longest lasting in the industry. This bumper also incorporates a removable black bumper screen. It helps protect your front end as well as radiator against roost.
