This kit brings your RZR 1000 from 999cc to 1065cc. All of our big bore kits only use CP pistons. Although CP makes the most expensive pistons available they are the best available. If your freshening up your engine or just want more horsepower this is a great package to get you there.

About big bore kits on a RZR 1000.

Your RZR 1000 is 999cc from the factory.

-The first is a 96mm/1065cc big bore. This is the most economical as it uses your OEM cylinder. Also a 96mm will work great with your OEM rods.

About your cylinder. Your cylinder can be damaged. We typically see people purchasing this kit who have ingested dirt or ran low on oil damaging there cylinder. As long as the scoring is less than 2mm you cylinder should be a good core. If you have any questions please call us.
