Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 to 6PM. Orders received before 8AM are generally processed the same day. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt (M thru F). We use USPS, UPS and DSL. Upon checkout, you will be provided with shipping options. We charge you exactly what we pay for shipping. Please note that some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, which will result in an extra charge. You will be notified via email or phone if additional ship charges are needed.  When your item ships the tracking information will be sent to your email address. Orders exceeding $500 are always sent signature required.  

Expedited shipments do not carry a delivery guarantee anymore through FedEX. Shipment cost will NOT be refunded if the package is late. FedEx Express Saver is a business class service, and only delivers Monday-Friday (Weekends do not count towards the 3 day time) Please consider this before ordering!

International Shipping:

We are able to ship the majority of our products worldwide. Use the shipping options provided to determine your shipping method. Bulky (large) items are expensive to ship even if they are quite light. We will charge you the same amount charged by our shipping services. If you are needing expedited shipments we recommend you contact us and we can get pricing. 

 

Free Shipping: 

Orders that are $100 and up will ship for free in the continental USA. Shipping will be with USPS or UPS.  (This will not include oversized packages such as skid plates, doors, and tires etc. ) 

Returns Policy:

We want you to be a satisfied customer. If there is a problem let us know. If you need a return, we will gladly help you out. Please complete the RMA Form and send to either fax or as an email attachment. Return request must be submitted within 15 days upon receipt. Orders older than 15 days are subject to a 10-15% restocking fee. If the return is based upon the buyer's change of mind, or buyer error (for example, ordered wrong fitment for a particular vehicle), we will accept a return when:

  • the item is unused, and the product is still in its original packing/box. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to Alba Racing. A refund will be given upon receipt of the product less any ship charges incurred by Alba Racing.
  • If the buyer is requesting an exchange (due to his/ her error), we will request that the shipping costs (to ship the 'new' item ) be paid for. The price will be based on the least expensive ship method. In the event that we have made a mistake or the product is damaged we will provide a paid for ship tag. Refunds will be given when the product is received back to Alba Racing.

Due to FedEx not guaranteeing ANY shipment's ETA due to COVID restrictions, We will not be able to guarantee ANY delivery date even if you pay for Next Day Air. Please have patience and allow for an extra day or two when planning an order!
