STM billet clutch upgrade for your RZR. Includes both primary and secondary clutches all weights spacers etc. This kit is complete and will have everything needed to get up and going.

Description

STM makes the best CVT clutches money can buy. This is a complete kit that includes assembled complete primary and secondary clutches. These setups can be confusing. We try to make it as easy as possible. We need some info to get you the correct parts inside your clutch.

Primary arm options:
The primary clutch comes in a 3 arm, 6 arm or 8 arm setup. For non turbo mild setups we recommend the 3 arm as it is lightest and plenty strong. If you have a big bore or turbo with less up to 15psi use the 6 arm. For over 15 psi use the 8 arm or look at our new Z1 clutch setup that uses a larger belt.

Primary spring options:
The primary spring controls the clutch engagement or stall speed. This is how many rpm's it takes to engage the clutch. Listed below from lightest to softest. Anything over gold is more a race only setup. We recommend gold.

PATV7 Brite Green Primary Spring (1500 rpm stall) about same as stock.
PATV9 Gold Primary Spring Most popular 2000-2500 rpm stall.
PATV1 Red Primary Spring.
PATV2 Orange Primary Spring.
PATV6 White Primary Spring.
PATV4 Purple Primary Spring.

Engine power:
Let us know what you have for power adders so we can get you the correct weights.

Helix options:
The biggest thing your going to notice with a helix is the option to either have engine braking or to not have engine breaking. This is when you release the throttle the clutch will have engine breaking like the factory clutch to aid in slowing. We recommend you use the option with engine breaking.
