Why you want this:
You plug it in and your Maverick is transformed into a beast. We set the air fuel ratios from a very lean 14+:1 to our much safer and richer spec. This will also lower your EGT's and increase power. We raise your boost pressures to a safe level on pump gas. This also contributes to a big power gain. Your Can Am maverick's ecu does a couple annoying things that most people want to get rid of. Number one is when going through whoops it cuts throttle which is very annoying especially to racers. Also at high speeds and rpm the throttle will close itself causing a loss of power. Our flash gets rid of both of these two problems. We also raise your rev limit which will increase top speed. We set the fan to turn on earlier to help keep things cool.

An ECU Re-flash is a great way to pick up horsepower, drivability and reliability. For starters, they are extremely LEAN from the factory. We correct the AFR for better engine temp and life in all conditions. This flash see's a +35% increase in power at the wheels. Its is a noticeable gain in power! The "Drive by Wire" table in the XDS does not have a "Drivers Feel". They are lazy and slow. We correct the tables so they operate more like a throttle cable, the throttle body butterflies will now actually do what your foot does! Also we increase the rev limit. This is still completely reliable but helps with a better top speed. We increase the boost, it really wakes the XDS up! Also with the better AFR conditions the XDS overall runs much better! It is a win/win. We alter the torque limiters the the XDS, this is what cuts your throttle. This flash also gives you 100% throttle in all modes! We also give you 50% in ECO (For when you don't need the power). You need to run 91 OCT or better fuel but the power and reliability is worth it!
We use the most advance equipment available to build our ecu maps and do a large amount of testing in the field. We develop these maps on our top of the line Dynojet dyno as well as our Axis dyno specifically designed by for UTV testing. They both can load the vehicle for testing in ALL load conditions. These are side by side specific dynos. They are the only specific SXS dyno in the world. What makes it different than other dyno's. They have the ability to tune with a CVT clutch to simulate real world load. No other dyno can do this.
We Data Log hundreds of miles of use using state of the art knock, injector duty cycle, air fuel ratio, boost, and EGT monitors to ensure everything is safe. After the dyno and “ In the field testing”, we tear down the test engines to look for accelerated wear, to ensure long term longevity.
