Alba Racing RZR 900/1000 Heavy duty transmission. Built tough for racers. This is the same transmission that won the 2015 Baja 1000. Send us your transmission and have it built rite.

Description

As many racers have found the factory RZR transmission has weak links. The weakest link is the factory poor quality Chinese bearings. They will flatspot over time. There are 12 roller bearings in this transmission and we replace all of them with the highest quality Japanese bearings available. All of the gears in the transmission are then Cryo treated which greatly enhances the strength. After Cryo we polish the gears. Both of these greatly decrease friction and keep more oil on the gears. Reverse chain upgrade. The reverse chain in your RZR900/1000 transmission is very weak. We offer a upgrade that includes a double wide heavy duty chain and new gear. Gear reduction: If your running large oversize tires this will help. This is primarily a mod for mud riders with huge tires.
