STM Oversize clutch kit for turbo (oversize belt)

Includes both primary and secondary clutches.

STM oversize clutch kit turbo RZR. This is NOT the standard STM clutch kit. This kit is much beefier. It allows the use of the larger arctic cat Z1 belt. This belt comes off a 177hp snowmobile. It is much larger than the stock belt. We recommend this for very serious RZR's with over 200hp. This clutch is much larger and about 2x heavier than the standard STM designed for your RZR. If you don't need it you are better off with the standard STM kit as it is much lighter and more responsive.

**WARNING**
This clutch has no provisions for running your stock clutch cover as this clutch is much too big to fit. You must make or purchase our belt shield to protect your RZR from damage that can be caused by a broken belt. We have seen belts break intercooler lines as well as fuel lines which can be very dangerous and life threatening.

**Optional belt sheild. This is a tough aluminum Shield to protect your RZR 1000 from a broken belt. With this no cover is used. This allows maximum cooling and maximum performance. You can change a belt in under a minute with this setup and the shield does not need to be removed. Recommended for high HP sand cars.

Description

This is hands down the best clutch you can put on your RZR. This kit adapts the RZR clutch to a Arctic Cat Z1 belt system. It uses larger primary and secondary faces which give more bottom end grunt and more top end mph. Also this is a 8 arm setup for much more clamping force than stock. If you have a big horsepower turbo car this is what you want.

Primary spring options:
The primary spring controls the clutch engagement or stall speed. This is how many rpm's it takes to engage the clutch. Listed below from lightest to softest. Anything over gold is more a race only setup. We recommend gold.
