CP Piston Kits for turbo/supercharged RZR 800 Pick bore

If you have a turbocharged or supercharged RZR 800 then this is the most important part that should be in your engine. The stock OEM Polaris pistons are cast and very weak. What happens is the stock pistons ringlands squish under load and pinch the ring. This creates friction scratches your cylinder wall and will end up breaking a chunk off your piston. When this happens major engine damage typically occurs. The stock pistons are borderline strong enough for 6 pounds of boost. Some turbo kit manufactures include a head shim which lowers your compression while still using your stock pistons. This is putting a cheap bandaid on very weak pistons. With our forged CP pistons your pistons will take as much boost as you throw at them. The next weak link in your RZR is your crankshaft. It becomes iffy at 10-12 psi. There is a huge amount of horsepower unlocked here with the ability to run more boost. If more power is your goal please call us and we will go over what is safe with the turbo kit you have.
